About Al Jaddaf
Al Jaddaf sits on the western bank of Dubai Creek, next to Bur Dubai and Dubai Healthcare City. It has a long history as a dhow-building area and today mixes new apartment towers with cultural and healthcare institutions.
The area includes Culture Village, also marketed as Jaddaf Waterfront, a Dubai Properties masterplan launched in 2006 around arts and culture, as well as Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2 and the Jameel Arts Centre. A Dubai Metro station on the Green Line and a marine station on the Creek make it one of the better connected creekside districts.
