Al Marjan Island is a man-made archipelago of four islands off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, in the northern UAE. It is a freehold area, which means international buyers can own property outright. The islands are being developed with beachfront residences, hotels and resorts.
The area is best known for Wynn Al Marjan Island, an integrated resort that is due to include the UAE’s first casino, with opening currently targeted for 2027. Because much of the island is still being built, it is mainly an off-plan market, with a large share of projects offering staged payment plans.
