About the community

About Dubai Land Residence Complex

Dubai Land Residence Complex, usually shortened to DLRC, is a mixed-use community in Dubailand. It sits between Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66) and Emirates Road (E611), next to Academic City and not far from Dubai Outlet Mall. The district covers roughly 14 million square feet, with residential towers, retail space and open areas planned together.

Homes are mostly apartments, from studios to three bedrooms, in a mix of completed buildings and new off-plan launches. Entry prices are generally lower than in Dubai’s central districts, which is why DLRC appeals to first-time buyers, investors building a rental portfolio, and families who want more space for their budget.

Getting around

Plan your connections

Most residents travel by car. Emirates Road (E611), Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) link DLRC with the main business and leisure districts. Public transport is limited at the moment, so a car is the practical choice for daily commutes, and parking is usually included with new buildings.
