About Dubai Islands

Dubai Islands is a large waterfront masterplan by Nakheel, made up of five islands off the Deira coastline. It was previously known as Deira Islands and took its current name in 2022. The plan includes more than 20 km of beaches, including a Blue Flag certified beach, plus marinas, parks, hotels and two golf courses.

It is still being built, so the area is best understood as a long-term, off-plan destination. Homes range from apartments to townhouses and villas, and the pitch is resort-style coastal living close to Old Dubai and the airport, at prices that generally sit below the established waterfront areas.
