About Dubailand
Dubailand is a very large area of Dubai that contains many separate communities rather than a single neighbourhood. It sits towards the outer side of the city, close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road also nearby.
Within it you will find villa and townhouse communities such as Arabian Ranches, Town Square, Mudon and The Villas, apartment areas such as Majan, and themed developments such as Falcon City of Wonders. Homes are generally more spacious than in central Dubai, which attracts families and long-term buyers.
